I loved the place, it was clean. The staff were extremely friendly and excellent. I had a reasonably large and updated suite. The location was great and beautiful for exploring the very convenient area. The hotel is next to a business park, zoo, and lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

The hotel is ideal and convenient, has consistently courteous staff on every shift. The food is great, liked continental breakfast. The location is unbeatable and beautiful, bars and restaurants were close to the hotel. It provides great restaurant nearby. I would stay here again, thank you.

The room was updated and clean, and it even had a jacuzzi tub. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast with made-to-order omelets. The location was great, near Cool Springs Galleria, restaurants, and a fantastic sports bar.

The breakfast was above average and good, with a variety of options like sausage, waffles, and made-to-order omelets. The room was spotless and had an updated jacuzzi tub. The location was marvellous and quiet, situated next to a mall and a great sports bar in Franklin's Cool Springs area.

The room was newly decorated and reasonably large with 2 queen beds. The hotel provided wake-up service when I asked. The location was great, close to the Galleria Mall and with easy access to shopping centers and local stores.

The check in process was incredibly quick and the front desk associate was very friendly. The room was clean and as spacious. The jacuzzi was a great thing to help wind down the night. The free breakfast the next morning was perfect!
The pull out couch could definitely use a little better padding. We had to call down for extra blankets and still had to swap out the main bed comforter to put on the pullout couch for comfort.
